I will express detailed role of Supervisor in Vietnam business. Their major include
• Manage Distributor ( Team sales is very important, Own Distributor through Own Manager)
• Manage Territory ( updated Outlets, manage all outlets, divide small territory for salesmen)
• Manage Outlets ( Customer service, responsibility for compensation)
All role is abbreviated TDOM (Territory, Distribution, Outlet Management)
Their daily Job:
1) Daily meeting at Distributor ( Tracking about turnover, Field Capability Score, Promotion)
2) Working in field ( training and coaching on top for salesman, check promotion, check visibility in all beat, collect competitor’s information, note and handle comments of customer, build Perfect store)
3) Report to ASM & brand officer ( Stock, Promotion, Second sales, Primary Sales)
