Field work


Field work
Any Supervisor work on the field, they must handle the job like that. (In here, I must talking about FMCG, but you can apply for another Job like that in Vietnamese)
In the visibility, you must coach on field for Salesmen.
+ Top on: Sachet (Personal wash)
+ underground: Homecare product
+ Around outlet: homecare, personal wash
+ In glass: My product is first (Deodorant, beauty care, personal wash)
All salesmen must focus on merchandising our products, have good visibility of product ( first, easy visible)
The display work is the installer’s job. But in salesmen team, the supervisor must coach their team do this job.
